Member of Technical Staff - Grok Product

You will build polished, scalable features and APIs for Grok’s user-facing chat experience. You will architect high-performance systems, optimize real-time data pipelines, and own projects from ideation through deployment, monitoring, and iterative improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable user-facing features and APIs for Grok’s chat experience
• Innovate on frameworks for rapid experimentation
• Architect high-performance systems for personalized and reliable interactions
• Build and optimize data pipelines using real-time user signals
• Own projects from ideation through deployment and monitoring

Requirements

• Demonstrate proactive execution and initiative
• Use TypeScript, Python, or Rust to craft clean and maintainable code
• Apply scalable architecture, Kubernetes, observability, and production tuning
• Have experience shipping consumer-facing products to millions of users
• Demonstrate strong communication and prioritization skills
