Member of Technical Staff Growth Hacker

You will make product launches memorable through assets, timing, seeding, and follow-through. You will shape social presence and AI discourse, create content and creative artifacts, organize meetups and hackathons, and measure results to refine growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Create launch assets, coordinate timing and seeding, and drive follow-through
• Shape the social voice and contribute to AI discourse
• Create content that communicates Honcho's value
• Organize meetups, hackathons, launches, and collaborations
• Produce videos, demos, objects, and merchandise
• Define and measure growth initiatives, then adapt based on results

Requirements

• Demonstrate work that has attracted attention
• Use agent harnesses such as Claude Code, Hermes Agent, or equivalent for daily output
• Create videos, social threads, events, collaborations, and web pages independently
• Understand code, model orchestration, and LLM systems
• Demonstrate technical and conceptual written and spoken literacy
• Understand Honcho's audience
• Demonstrate editorial taste
• Work in person in New York City or be ready to relocate
