Member of Technical Staff - Imagine Model

You will develop multimodal AI capabilities for image, video, and audio experiences. You will improve training data, design evaluations, implement efficient inference and serving systems, build scalable data pipelines, and integrate AI solutions into production.

Responsibilities

• Drive engineering agendas for multimodal model capabilities
• Improve visual and audio data quality through annotation, filtering, augmentation, and synthetic generation
• Design evaluation frameworks, metrics, benchmarks, and reward models
• Implement efficient algorithms for model performance, real-time inference, distillation, and scalable serving
• Develop scalable multimodal data collection and processing pipelines
• Integrate AI solutions into production and iterate based on user feedback

Requirements

• Lead studies that improve neural-network capabilities through data or modeling
• Design data-driven experiments and conduct systematic model analysis
• Debug models iteratively
• Work with large-scale distributed machine-learning systems
• Deliver end-to-end user experiences
