Platform/infrastructure engineer on the Foundations team: builds and operates cloud, networking, security, CI/CD, and observability infrastructure, ships secure defaults and guardrails, and drives cloud cost optimization to keep engineering reliable and scalable.
You will build and operate foundational cloud, networking, security, developer infrastructure, and observability capabilities. You will create secure defaults, operate networking primitives, improve delivery systems, and optimize cloud costs while supporting reliable and scalable engineering work.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain cloud, networking, and access patterns
- Ship secure defaults and guardrails
- Build and operate networking primitives
- Establish observability and operational hygiene
- Own build, CI/CD, caching, and test infrastructure
- Drive cloud cost visibility and optimization
Requirements
- Infrastructure or platform engineering experience
- Experience shipping production-grade systems
- Cloud platform, network engineering, security architecture, or developer tooling expertise
- Multi-team infrastructure experience
- Reliability and scale engineering knowledge
- Multi-cloud architecture knowledge
