What You Will Do

• Develop and optimize GPU kernels to achieve high-speed processing for machine learning applications.
• Collaborate with a small, agile team to design and implement infrastructure solutions that enhance product performance.
• Utilize Python, C/C++, and Rust to create robust applications and tools that support various engineering functions.
• Leverage AWS for scalable cloud solutions, ensuring reliability and efficiency in deployment.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices.
• Engage in troubleshooting and debugging to resolve technical challenges swiftly.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with business goals.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 0–6 years of experience in software engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python, C/C++, and Rust, with a solid understanding of their applications in machine learning and infrastructure.
• Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-based architectures.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for developing high-performance systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred

• Experience with CUDA programming for GPU development.
• Exposure to AI or machine learning frameworks and tools.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and infrastructure as code.

Compensation and Benefits
