Summary

Senior full-stack engineer on an applied AI team at a fast-growing financial technology company, building AI agents and full-stack products that automate end-to-end workflows. Day to day: evaluating LLM tools and agent SDKs, partnering with internal teams, and owning projects from discovery through launch.

About the Role

Join an applied AI team building agent-driven systems that reshape how work gets done across a fast-growing financial technology company. You will work directly with internal teams to develop new workflows, infrastructure, and ways for people and agents to collaborate.

What You'll Do

  • Build and ship full-stack products and AI agents that automate complex, end-to-end workflows.

  • Work closely with internal teams to understand their processes, gather feedback, and improve agent performance and product design.

  • Design and develop infrastructure, interfaces, and operating models that help agents take on increasingly meaningful work.

  • Take ownership of projects from problem discovery through launch and ongoing reliability.

  • Evaluate models, agent SDKs, and LLM tools for different use cases, then apply what works to improve workflows.

What We're Looking For

  • Five to fifteen years of experience building products from zero to one as a full-stack engineer.

  • Strong expertise in at least one full-stack language, with experience using TypeScript, Python, or related tools.

  • Hands-on experience building agents with multiple agent SDKs and LLM tools, beyond basic chatbot applications.

  • Experience at a venture-backed startup or AI-focused company, ideally as a founder, founding engineer, or engineer with substantial project ownership.

  • A product mindset, including the ability to work directly with stakeholders and iterate based on feedback.

  • Strong systems thinking, autonomy, and comfort solving ambiguous, open-ended problems.

  • A record of sustained tenure and career growth.
