Member of Technical Staff, Translational Medicine
Summary
Build and validate clinical endpoints for therapeutics and disease benchmarks, partner with health systems to source clinical data, and ensure regulatory compliance for AI-driven drug programs.
Member of Technical Staff - Translational Medicine
Latch builds scientific benchmarks () to assess AI in biology and medicine. Frontier AI labs and pharma use our benchmarks to determine if agents can handle the complex reasoning required in real biological work. Each benchmark is based on actual experimental and clinical tasks and created by experienced scientists.
Latch has about 95 people in San Francisco and is backed by Lux Capital, Coatue, Fifty Years, Haystack, Jeff Dean, Alec Nielsen, and George Church.
We're hiring a Member of Technical Staff to lead our Translational benchmark and shape how AI is evaluated in this area.
