What You’ll Do
- Resolve member and non-member inquiries in a professional, efficient, and timely manner to deliver a positive contact center experience.
- Process financial transactions, account inquiries, and file maintenance accurately and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Identify member needs and refer appropriate Credit Human products and services that support financial health and well-being.
- Maintain strong knowledge of Credit Human products, services, policies, procedures, and job-specific compliance expectations.
- Meet department service, quality, referral, training, and learning standards that support individual and team performance.
- Apply BSA, CIP, CDD, CTR, SAR, OFAC, and job-specific red flag requirements to help protect members and the organization.
- Collaborate with teammates to support department, division, and corporate goals that contribute to Credit Human’s growth.

Experience:
Required
- 1 year of customer service experience
Preferred

- High School Diploma or equivalent
Schedules/Hours:
Regular Shifts
- 6:45am - 3:45pm
- 8am - 5pm
- 8:30am - 5:30pm
- 9am - 6pm
- 9:30am - 6:30pm
- 10am - 7pm
* All with a rotating Saturday shift (9am - 12pm)
4x10 Shifts
- Mon - Thurs: 7am - 6pm
- Mon - Thurs: 8am - 7pm
- Tues - Fri: 7am - 6pm
- Tues - Fri: 8am - 7pm
* All with a rotating Saturday shift (9am - 12pm)
Compensation Details:
Paygrade: 1BA
The expected pay range for this position is $17.98 – $19.00 /hourly.
Credit Human is committed to equitable and transparent compensation practices. Final compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic work location.

Job Location: This position is onsite based in San Antonio, Tx.
