A Day in the Life

No two days are exactly the same.

One moment, you're helping a member deposit a paycheck.

What You'll Be Doing

Create Great Member Experiences

You'll be the person members count on when they need help.

• Welcome and assist members in person, by phone, and through digital channels
• Answer questions and provide solutions with confidence and professionalism
• Build strong relationships that create lifelong member loyalty

Handle Everyday Banking Needs

Help members complete important financial transactions, including:

• Deposits and withdrawals
• Loan payments
• Account maintenance and updates
• Remote account assistance
• General account inquiries

Support Financial Goals

You'll help members take important steps toward their goals by:

• Opening new accounts
• Processing and disbursing loans
• Introducing products and services that fit their needs
• Helping members access online and digital banking services

Keep Things Running Smoothly

Behind every great member experience is accuracy and attention to detail.

You'll:

• Balance your cash drawer daily
• Maintain accurate records
• Follow policies and procedures
• Assist with branch operations and administrative tasks

What We're Looking For

Experience

• 1-3 years of customer service, cash handling, banking, financial services, or related experience preferred

Education

• High School Diploma or GED required

Skills

• Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Computer proficiency and comfort learning new technology
• A genuine desire to help people succeed
