Job Description
The Royal Stables Private Members Club in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Membership Manager to grow our membership community and deliver an exceptional member experience.
- Manage and grow the Royal Stables Abu Dhabi membership community.
- Develop and implement membership acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies.
- Build strong relationships with members, prospects, partners, and VIP clients.
- Oversee the complete member journey, from onboarding and renewals to ongoing engagement.
- Coordinate exclusive events, activities, and experiences that enhance member satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate membership records, reports, communications, and performance data.
- Collaborate with operations, equestrian, hospitality, and marketing teams to deliver a premium member experience.
- Handle member enquiries, feedback, concerns, and service recovery professionally.
- Track membership revenue, targets, renewals, and growth opportunities.
- Represent the Royal Stables brand with professionalism, warmth, and discretion.
- Identify new membership opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, partnerships, and targeted outreach.
- Create personalised communication plans to keep members informed, engaged, and connected with the Royal Stables community.
- Develop and manage membership benefits, privileges, packages, and loyalty initiatives.
- Monitor member satisfaction through surveys, feedback sessions, reviews, and regular relationship check-ins.
- Prepare regular membership performance reports, including acquisition, retention, engagement, revenue, and renewal metrics.
- Support the development of annual membership budgets, forecasts, targets, and business plans.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate billing, payment collection, renewals, and account reconciliation.
- Maintain a high standard of confidentiality when handling member information and personal data.
- Ensure all membership communications reflect the Royal Stables’ luxury positioning, brand standards, and tone of voice.
- Develop welcome materials, membership guides, newsletters, invitations, and other member-facing communications.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure members receive seamless access to facilities, services, programmes, and experiences.
- Support the delivery of member-only equestrian, social, wellness, hospitality, and networking activities.
- Build relationships with relevant luxury brands, corporate organisations, community groups, and strategic partners.
- Monitor competitor offerings and industry trends to recommend improvements to the membership proposition.
- Resolve membership-related issues promptly while protecting the reputation and service standards of the Royal Stables.
- Train and support front-of-house and customer-facing colleagues on membership procedures and service expectations.
- Ensure membership policies, terms, benefits, and operational procedures are clearly communicated and consistently applied.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of membership systems, processes, reporting, and customer experience.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, community gatherings, and promotional activities to represent the Royal Stables.
- Support marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives, and sales activities designed to increase membership awareness and conversion.
- Maintain a visible, approachable, and professional presence across the Royal Stables’ facilities and member events.
- Perform other membership, relationship management, and business development duties as required.
Desired Skill & Expertise
- 3+ years of experience in membership management, customer relationship management, hospitality, luxury retail, private clubs, or a similar role.
- Proven experience in member acquisition, retention, renewals, and relationship building.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer service and complaint-resolution abilities.
- Experience managing VIP, high-net-worth, or corporate clients is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Commercially minded, with the ability to meet membership and revenue targets.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, membership platforms, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools.
- Experience planning and coordinating events and member engagement activities.
- Professional, polished, discreet, and confident in representing a luxury equestrian destination.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the UAE market and local cultural expectations is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is highly desirable.
