Membership Specialist (Corporate Sales) | Up to $4,500 + Sales Incentives | 2-Year Contract
📍 Location: Paya Lebar Square
📄 Employment: 2-Year Contract
💰 Salary: $3,800 – $4,500/month
💵 Sales Incentives: Up to $150 for every successful membership acquisition
🎁 Benefits: AWS (Applicable from the following work year upon confirmation)
🕘 Working Hours:
• Monday – Friday
• Flexible Office Hours:
• 8.00am – 5.00pm
• 8.30am – 5.30pm
• 9.00am – 6.00pm
• 9.30am – 6.30pm
🏡 Eligible for 1 day Work From Home per week (Subject to approval)
What You'll Be Doing:
• Drive end-to-end corporate membership acquisition, from prospecting to successful onboarding
• Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and business events
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified corporate prospects
• Present membership value propositions and engage key decision-makers, including business owners, C-suite executives, and HR leaders
• Achieve monthly sales targets by converting prospective companies into members
• Track sales activities, prepare pipeline reports, and analyse recruitment performance
• Identify market opportunities and recommend strategies to improve membership growth
• Support membership campaigns, events, and other business development initiatives
