Job Purpose:
- The Memory Care Activity Partner at PEACE VILLAGE is dedicated to enriching the lives of residents with memory impairments by designing and implementing engaging activities that promote cognitive stimulation, social interaction, and overall well-being. This role is integral to creating a supportive and vibrant community where residents can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a diverse range of activities tailored to the needs and abilities of residents with memory impairments.
- Collaborate with the care team to assess individual resident interests and capabilities, ensuring personalized activity plans.
- Facilitate group and one-on-one activities that encourage socialization, physical movement, and mental engagement.
- Monitor and document resident participation and progress, adjusting activities as necessary to maximize benefits.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to foster a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.
- Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in memory care activities, incorporating innovative approaches into programming.
