Memory Care Aide 7a-7p

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Memory Care Aides to join our team and provide exceptional support to residents with memory impairments. Schedule is full-time, 7a-7p working 2 days a week and every other weekend. Excellent benefit package after 60 days including 2 weeks vacation, sick time, 403b company match up to 6% and other perks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a safe and comforting environment

- Monitor and document residents' conditions, behaviors, and needs to ensure personalized care

- Support residents in engaging in therapeutic activities and social interactions

- Follow care plans and safety protocols to promote residents' well-being

- Collaborate with nursing staff and other team members to deliver comprehensive care

- Must pass criminal background check, abuse and neglect checks

- Must be punctual and dependable
