Allegro Parkland — one of South Florida's most prestigious senior living communities — is seeking a uniquely skilled Memory Care Coordinator to lead our Ensemble Care (Memory Care) neighborhood. This is a rare dual-role position that blends clinical medication management with activities programming — ideal for a certified Med Tech who also has a passion for activities, engagement, and creating meaningful moments for residents living with Alzheimer's and dementia.

Clinical Responsibilities:
Accurately oversee and administer medications per physician orders and care plans
Monitor residents for medication side effects and changes in condition
Maintain accurate medication records and documentation
Collaborate with families, physicians, and the care team to ensure exceptional resident outcomes
Monitor resident well-being and respond promptly to changes in condition
Activities Responsibilities:
Plan and lead engaging, person-centered activities programming that promotes dignity, joy, and connection
Create meaningful daily activities — music, reminiscence, sensory experiences, crafts, and movement
Honor each resident's individual story, preferences, and abilities
Build genuine relationships with residents and serve as their primary point of connection daily
Leadership Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated Memory Care team
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Oversee daily operations within our Ensemble Care neighborhood
Serve as the primary point of contact for Memory Care residents and their families
Participate in MOD rotation as assigned
What You Bring:
Med Tech certification — required
CPR/First Aid certification — required
Activity Director experience or background — strongly preferred
CDP (Certified Dementia Practitioner) — preferred
Minimum 2–3 years of Memory Care or dementia care experience — required
Prior supervisory or coordinator experience in senior living — strongly preferred
Deep understanding of Alzheimer's disease and person-centered care principles
Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills
Genuine passion for serving residents and families navigating memory loss
