We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and hands-on Memory Care Supervisor to lead daily operations in The Cottage, our dedicated memory care neighborhood.

What You'll Do
As the Memory Care Supervisor, you'll partner closely with the Wellness Director to oversee daily Cottage operations, support quality resident care, and create meaningful engagement opportunities.
Lead & Inspire Your Team
- Supervise, coach, and support Cottage team members to ensure exceptional resident care.
- Assist with onboarding, training, and mentoring new caregivers.
- Foster a positive, supportive team culture built on accountability, compassion, and teamwork.
- Maintain a visible, hands-on leadership presence throughout The Cottage.
Champion Exceptional Memory Care
- Support daily resident care and ensure services align with individualized care plans.
- Conduct wellness rounds, safety checks, and medication oversight activities in partnership with the Wellness Director.
- Monitor resident well-being, identify concerns, and coordinate appropriate follow-up.
- Promote a safe, clean, welcoming, and regulatory-ready environment.
Create Meaningful Resident Experiences
- Plan and lead engaging, person-centered programs tailored to residents living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.
- Develop monthly engagement calendars and ensure daily programming is meaningful and consistent.
- Encourage resident participation through group activities, individualized experiences, and purposeful daily interactions.
- Train and support team members in dementia-specific engagement techniques.
Build Relationships & Drive Excellence
- Develop strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners.
- Support resident move-ins, assessments, care conferences, and family communication.
- Collaborate with community leadership to support resident satisfaction, quality outcomes, and operational goals.
- Monitor documentation, quality measures, and compliance with company standards.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum one year of experience in senior living or a memory care setting required.
- A genuine passion for working with older adults and individuals living with dementia.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to coach team members, build relationships, and maintain accountability.
- Understanding of resident care, safety practices, and person-centered engagement.
- Comfort using technology for documentation, communication, and reporting.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment.
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet applicable employment and background screening requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Experience with dementia-specific programming and resident engagement.
- Familiarity with senior living operational systems and documentation.
- Experience supporting quality assurance, compliance, and operational performance.
