MEMS Front-End Quality Engineer - Defect & Process QA

STMicroelectronics in Lombardy, Cornaredo, is hiring in Front End Product Technology and Manufacturing Quality for MEMS. You will ensure quality requirements are fulfilled for materials before transfer to Back End of Line.

Responsibilities include reviewing non-conforming material from manufacturing or testing, addressing diffusion FABs non-quality events via root cause analysis and containment actions, and pushing for continuous improvement.

Review and manage non-conforming material coming from manufacturing and/or testing stages. Review and manage diffusion FABs Non-Quality events through participation to root cause analysis, risk assessment and containment/preventive actions definition and related involved material. Challenge the FABs to work on repetitive signatures at electrical wafer sort to ensure a continuous improvement approach. Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, physics, chemistry or material science. 1 year of working experience will be a plus. Teamwork, proactive approach, analytical skills. Ability to work and interact with different teams inside ST. Fluent English.
