MEMS Front-End Quality Engineer - Drive Process Excellence

STMicroelectronics Italia is seeking a MEMS-focused Front End Product Technology and Manufacturing Quality professional to ensure quality requirements for manufactured MEMS material before moving to Back End. You will review non-conforming material and diffusion FABs Non-Quality events, driving root cause analysis and preventive actions to improve processes.

The role emphasizes collaboration across teams, technical rigor, and willingness to engage in continuous improvement.

Review and manage non-conforming material from manufacturing and/or testing stages. Review and manage diffusion FABs Non-Quality events through root cause analysis, risk assessment and containment/preventive actions. Challenge the FABs to work on repetitive signatures at electrical wafer sort to ensure continuous improvement. Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, physics, chemistry or material science. 1 year of working experience will be a plus. Teamwork, proactive approach, analytical skills. Ability to work and interact with different teams inside ST Fluent English.
