Key Responsibilities
- Support MEMS mask tape-out activities and coordinate with internal fabrication teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Perform MEMS simulation and analysis to support product development and customer requirements.
- Develop and improve simulation methodologies for MEMS devices, manufacturing processes, and packaging.
- Provide simulation support for failure analysis (FA), process troubleshooting, and yield improvement.
- Analyse simulation and test results to identify design or process improvement opportunities.
- Recommend effective design, process, and packaging solutions based on simulation findings.
- Prepare technical reports and present simulation results to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Microsystems Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in MEMS technology, semiconductor R&D, or simulation engineering.
- Proficient in COMSOL Multiphysics, ANSYS, or other finite element analysis (FEA) software.
- Good understanding of MEMS fabrication processes, materials, structural mechanics, and packaging technologies.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, layout software, Microsoft Excel, and statistical analysis tools such as JMP is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment.
