Men's Night Shelter - Support Worker

About the Role
Permanent 40 hours per week, Friday to Tuesday, 4.30pm-12.30am. You’ll be part of a supportive, integrated residential team providing practical support, coping strategies, and medication management for residents in our Night shelter. Our trained Support Workers work closely with clinical staff to deliver 24/7 care that meets the individual needs of men.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience working in social services and/or related qualification preferred
- Experience working with people who are homeless or at risk
- Strong communication and relationship skills
- Competent in IT systems including Microsoft Office
- Understanding of social justice, Te Tiriti, and relevant legislation
- Alignment with our Christian-based, values-led environment
