Job Description:

Central State Hospital is looking to fill a Mental Health Counselor position.

Responsible for the facilitation and creation of treatment plans through collaboration with the multidisciplinary treatment team members.

Advocates for best patient care by ensuring that the treatment team members incorporate individualized, measurable, and attainable goals in each treatment plan.

Provide group and individual counseling.

Required Skills:

Bachelor degree in social work, psychology or other related health field.

Required Experience:

Six months of related health care experience.
