Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

Elev8 Recovery Center is a cutting edge substance-use-disorder (SUD) treatment center located in Harlem, NY. We are an OASAS-licensed and CARF-certified Center of Excellence. Elev8 Recovery Center, offers inpatient detox, withdrawal, and stabilization services, as well as inpatient rehabilitation services for individuals with substance use disorder. We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselors to join our team. Candidates must be able to ensure compliance of OASAS Inpatient Rehab and Inpatient Detox Regulations and meet deadlines for all documentation.

Candidates must be able to manage a case load of 8-10 clients, conduct daily individual & group counseling sessions, admission assessments, case management and aftercare planning, crisis interventions, and develop individualized treatment plans & overall counseling. Strong documentation skills and familiarity with OASAS regulations a plus!

Experience:

• At least 1-year of experience in a similar setting preferred.

License/Certification:

• NYS Licensure (LMHC)
• NYS Limited Permit or Permit Eligible (MHC-LP)
