🎯 Core Purpose: Deliver MHPSS via Mobile Health & Nutrition Teams (MHNT), offering Psychological First Aid, counseling, trauma healing, and safe referrals
🎓 Education: Degree in Psychology, Psychiatry, Social Work, or Public Health
⏳ Experience: 2+ years for MSc or 4+ years for BSc in humanitarian MHPSS
🗣️ Languages: Fluent Amharic, English, and Afan Oromo
