Are you looking for a meaningful overnight position where you can make a real difference? Family & Children's Center is seeking a compassionate, dependable Overnight Mental Health Rehabilitation Professional to join our team at our residential facility, Hiawatha Hall, in Winona, MN.
In this role, you'll provide overnight support to adults living with mental illness in a residential rehabilitation setting. Your presence helps ensure residents feel safe, supported and empowered as they work toward greater independence and recovery.

What You'll Do:
- Provide overnight supervision and support to residents in a mental health rehabilitation program.
- Maintain a safe, calm, and supportive living environment.
- Complete routine wellness and safety checks.
- Manage client emotional and behavioral issues, using a variety of techniques including, but not limited to, crisis intervention and de-escalation.
- Document resident activities, observations, and services provided.
- Respond appropriately to resident concerns and emergencies.
- Encourage independence while treating every resident with dignity and respect.
- Dispense medications in accordance with legal requirements and house rules.
- Serve as a role model and mentor to new staff.
- Communicate important information during shift changes.
- Assist with light housekeeping and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
- Follow and enforce house schedule and house rules; help develop new house rules when needed.
- Follow agency policies and established crisis intervention procedures.
- Attend scheduled staff meetings and trainings as required.
- Record client progress toward goal completion and actively participate as a member of the treatment team.
- As the house "night owl", you are required to remain awake during all working hours.
