About Inspire Services, LLC

Inspire Services LLC is a growing co-occurring mental health and substance use organization in Chaska Minnesota dedicated to improving lives and making a positive impact on our communities. We serve a wide range of individuals from children to adults and are committed to providing personalized, client-centered care in a supportive and flexible environment.

This licensed psychotherapist works as part of our outpatient clinical team at Inspire Services LLC. The role includes conducting assessments, providing individual and group therapy, developing treatment plans, crisis intervention, and maintaining clinical documentation in electronic health records.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and/or group psychotherapy to clients across the lifespan
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as needed
• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health record system
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment team members and community providers
• Coordinate referrals for additional services as needed
• Participate in clinical supervision and consultation
• Provide psychoeducation to clients and families
• Respond to client needs with empathy and professionalism
• Participate in staff development, training, and quality improvement initiatives
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, clients, and community partners
• Mentor and support newer clinicians as requested
• Perform other related clinical functions as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Current independent licensure in Minnesota (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP)
• Good standing with associated licensing board
• Pass background check
• Comply with federal and state laws and organizational policies
• Adhere to data practices policies regarding non-public data per Minnesota Statutes
• Commitment to ongoing professional development

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience treating co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders
• Training in evidence-based treatment modalities (CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care)
• Experience working with diverse populations across the lifespan
• Familiarity with electronic health records systems
• Crisis intervention training
• Experience in school-based mental health or community outreach settings

Hours of Work

Full-time position. Flexible scheduling available with options for telehealth and in-person sessions. Schedule determined in collaboration with clinical leadership to meet clinic and therapist needs.

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and business expenses and are not eligible for company-sponsored employee benefits. Compensation will be paid according to the agreed contract terms and reported via Form 1099.
