Mental Health Therapist - Bilingual (Spanish/English)

The Mental Health Therapist provides mental health treatment to families with young children, with a primary focus on delivering the Moving Beyond Depression (MBD) model — an evidence-based, in-home cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) intervention for pregnant and postpartum mothers experiencing depression. In this role, you will support families in Spanish and English, strengthen parent–child relationships, and help caregivers build skills that promote emotional wellbeing, bonding, and resilience. You will also provide mental health services to families outside of MBD, supporting our broader clinical work.

Compensation: This role offers an annual salary range of $55,000 - $60,000. The final salary offer will be determined based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience, alignment with the position requirements, and internal equity.
