What You’ll Do

• Conduct behavioral health assessments, diagnostic interviews, and individualized treatment planning.
• Provide individual, family, couples, and group therapy.
• Assess suicide risk, self-injurious behavior, and other high-risk situations; develop safety plans and coordinate appropriate care.
• Support clients experiencing mental health challenges, trauma, and substance use concerns through therapeutic interventions and crisis support.
• Apply evidence-based, trauma-informed, healing-centered, and culturally responsive approaches that respect Tribal traditions and Indigenous perspectives.
• Coordinate care with behavioral health professionals, medical providers, case managers, Tribal programs, and community partners.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, participate in case conferences and clinical supervision, and contribute to program development and quality improvement.
• Depending on the level, provide clinical consultation on complex cases, mentor less experienced staff, support professional development, and contribute to improved clinical outcomes.
