Mental Health Therapist

Job Title: Outpatient Therapist (QMHP)
Location: Medford/Grants Pass/Ashland
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $65,000-$90,000 (DOE)
Reports To: Clinical Supervisor

About the Role

Family Solutions is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Outpatient Therapist to join our growing mental health team. This position provides therapy services to children, youth, adults, and families covered by the Oregon Health Plan. The therapist will deliver high-quality, trauma-informed care in an outpatient setting and collaborate with community professionals to support client treatment goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and/or family therapy on a scheduled basis

• Develop and implement evidence-based, individualized treatment plans

• Conduct regular assessments of client progress and adjust treatment accordingly

• Complete all clinical documentation in compliance with Medicaid and agency standards

• Participate in behavioral crisis management and intervention as needed

• Maintain collaborative relationships with staff, clients, and community partners

• Support program outreach and community engagement efforts

• Attend team meetings and participate in interdisciplinary planning

• Maintain ethical standards and client confidentiality

• Meet or exceed productivity requirements

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a mental health-related field (Required)

• Must meet Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) criteria

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and disciplines

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Outlook preferred

• Must pass an ODHS background check
