Mentor Insurance Sales

Pay Range: $17.75 - $20.00/hour

Position Purpose:

The Insurance Sales Mentor assists in the transition and development of new Insurance Sales Consultants.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Responds to new hires' questions and guides the representatives in providing assistance to the customer when needed
• Provides constructive, specific feedback to new hire agents' overall call performance
• Co-facilitate lessons in new hire training and performance assessments
• Employ classroom management techniques
• Conduct peer coaching sessions during the new hire period
• Take calls/chats and consistently meet performance expectations
• Partner with the Transition Coach to meet scheduling requirements and deadlines
