Mentor

Natural Support Services is seeking Mentors to support individuals in developing life skills, independence, and community engagement.

Mentors work alongside individuals to build confidence, improve daily living skills, explore educational or vocational goals, and strengthen social connections.

Services are delivered in community and program settings and follow each individual's Person Centered Plan (PCP).

• Passion for helping individuals grow and develop independence

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to work in community-based environments

• Reliable transportation preferred

• Ability to pass background check

• CPR / First Aid (or willingness to obtain)

• Flexible scheduling
