MEP BIM Modeler (HVAC and Installations)

About the role

We are looking for a BIM MEP Modeler specializing in HVAC and installations to join a leading engineering firm, participating in the development of large-scale projects with high technical complexity. You will work in collaborative BIM environments, coordinating installations and adding value to benchmark projects in the tertiary, healthcare, sports, and cultural sectors.

What you'll do

• BIM development and modeling of MEP installations using Revit.
• Preparation of HVAC, ventilation, and other technical installation models.
• Coordination of installations with architecture, structure, and other disciplines.
• Generation and updating of technical documentation, plans, and deliverables.
• Participation in clash detection processes and BIM coordination.
• Collaboration with designers and engineers in the development of technical solutions.
• Contribution to the continuous improvement of BIM standards and methodologies.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

• Technical training related to Engineering, Architecture, or Installations.
• Previous experience as a BIM MEP Modeler.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
• Solid knowledge of mechanical installations, especially HVAC (climatización).
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Organized, proactive profile oriented toward detail.
• Knowledge of Navisworks, Dynamo, ACC, or complementary BIM tools will be valued.
