Wood is currently recruiting for a MEP Construction Lead to join our team for a large-scale challenging construction project. We are looking for individuals with expertise and experience who are ready to take on new challenges and assist us achieve excellence in schedule, safety, and quality.

What makes you remarkable?

• Establish an immediate and close relationship with Client to gain a complete understanding of Client’s Project requirements, goals and constraints, and general project objectives
• Establish a working relationship with various 3rd parties and provide them with an overview of Client's needs, goals, requirements, restraints, and any special characteristics associated with the Project
• Develop execution plans for management of these services and interface management with necessary approvals on it from Client PMT
• Comment on critical documents related to construction specifically Mechanical and Electrical
• Recommend construction solutions
• Review the punch lists closeout process including prioritise based on project needs
• Recommend its “best practice” and innovative solutions to Client PMT where gaps are observed and on agreement work with various stakeholders for its implementation
• Identify Risks continually and propose Risk Mitigation Strategies to Client PMT and on agreement work with various 3rd parties for its implementation. Workshops to be conducted periodically and Risk Log to be maintained
• Daily active management of project delivery
• Facilitate periodic reviews of the project

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or a related field
• Min of 15 years of experience in construction management
• Experience in data center or critical infrastructure projects is highly preferred
• Familiarity with construction management software, and mobile inspection apps.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Good command in English and Thai Communications
