MEP Contracts Manager

One95 Global are working in partnership with a leading Tier 1 construction contractor in the Middle East, renowned for delivering large-scale, high-profile infrastructure and building projects. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced MEP Contracts Manager to join their commercial team in their Riyadh HQ and support major project delivery across the country This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute professional with strong FIDIC contract expertise and proven Middle East experience to play a pivotal role within a market-leading organisation.

Key Responsibilities - Manage all contractual and commercial aspects of MEP packages across complex construction projects - Administer contracts in accordance with FIDIC conditions, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation - Lead contract negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers - Prepare, review, and manage variations, claims, and dispute resolution processes - Provide strategic commercial advice to project teams and senior management - Ensure proper contract administration, including notices, correspondence, and documentation - Monitor subcontractor performance and enforce contractual obligations - Support procurement strategies and tender evaluations for MEP works - Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline. - Minimum 10+ years’ experience in construction, with a strong focus on MEP contracts. - Proven experience working in the Middle East is essential. - In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with FIDIC forms of contract. - Strong background with Tier 1 contractors or major international construction firms. - Demonstrated experience managing claims, variations, and disputes. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure project environment.
