MEP Cost Manager

We are seeking an experienced MEP Cost Manager to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing costs associated with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) projects. As an MEP Cost Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the budgeting process, preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and implementing effective cost control measures to ensure project profitability. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals and objectives. - Prepare detailed BOQs for MEP projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness. - Monitor project costs and implement cost control measures to mitigate financial risks. - Collaborate with project managers and engineers to provide cost estimates and financial analysis throughout the project lifecycle. - Conduct regular reviews of project expenditures and provide reports to senior management. - Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in MEP operations.
