MEP Manager

We are seeking an experienced MEP Manager to oversee and manage mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) projects in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP design and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. As an MEP Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure that all MEP systems are designed and implemented according to specifications and industry standards. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the MEP design process, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and standards. - Prepare and review Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for MEP systems. - Collaborate with project teams to develop project schedules and budgets. - Conduct site inspections and oversee installation of MEP systems to ensure quality and adherence to design. - Manage and mentor junior engineers and technical staff. - Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns regarding MEP systems. - Ensure that all MEP systems are integrated effectively with other building systems.
