MEP Regional Programme Manager

Summary

Oversee multi-site MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) construction projects in Singapore, coordinating budgets, contractors, and compliance with local codes and client requirements.

  • Support review of real estate project documentation, including contracts, leases, surveys, and drawings.
  • Assist in defining project requirements (scope, cost, schedule, quality, and performance) and preparing execution plans, budgets, and risk inputs.
  • Support budget tracking, spend analysis, and identification of cost optimisation opportunities.
  • Work closely with project and facilities teams to support procurement, vendor coordination, and delivery efficiency.
  • Assist in monitoring quality, safety, health, and environmental compliance on projects.
  • Support sourcing of delivery partners, RFP processes, and bid evaluations.
  • Prepare and coordinate project communications, reports, meeting materials, and documentation governance.
  • Track project progress against approved plans; assist with status reporting, variance analysis, and action planning.
  • Support change and risk management processes, including impact assessments and documentation.
  • Assist with stakeholder coordination on space planning, facilities requests, and issue resolution.
  • Support coordination and performance tracking of third‑party consultants and contractors.
  • Ensure project activities align with organisational governance, policies, and procedures.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience
  • 8 years of relevant experience, preferably within engineering, MEP, construction, or real estate project environments
  • Project management certification preferred
  • Familiarity with local construction practices, codes, and permitting processes
  • Basic working knowledge of CAD and project planning tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organisational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑based environment
  • Solid financial awareness, with exposure to cost analysis and value engineering
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; working knowledge of project management software
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural, engineering, and construction drawings
  • Understanding of construction practices, contracts, and lease structures is an advantage
