MEP Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing operations within our facility management projects. The role involves supervising technicians, ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance is completed on time, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality across all sites.

Key Roles & Responsibilities 1. Supervise daily activities of MEP technicians and ensure tasks are completed efficiently. 2. Plan, schedule, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance for all MEP systems. 3. Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues on-site. 4. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for repair and maintenance work. 5. Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and local regulations. 6.Review work orders, prepare reports, and update maintenance records. 7.Monitor inventory of tools, materials, and spare parts. 8.Support the Facility Manager in planning upgrades, renovations, and technical improvements 9.Provide technical guidance and training to technicians 10.Respond to emergency breakdowns and ensure quick resolution 11.Conduct site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and proper system performance
