The MEP Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating on-site Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
Supervise daily MEP installation activities at the project site.
Monitor mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire fighting, and ELV works.
Ensure work execution complies with approved drawings and project specifications.
Coordinate with subcontractors, technicians, and site workers.
Coordinate MEP activities with civil, structural, and architectural teams.
Assist engineers and project managers in planning site activities.
Ensure availability of materials, tools, and manpower at site.
Report site progress, delays, and technical issues to management.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality workmanship.
Ensure installations comply with local codes, safety standards, and QA/QC procedures.
Support testing and commissioning activities.
Maintain records of inspections and completed work.
Maintain daily work reports and manpower records.
Verify material usage and site inventory.
Assist in preparing progress reports and work schedules.
Ensure implementation of HSE policies and safety procedures at site.
Conduct toolbox talks and monitor safe working practices.
Identify unsafe conditions and take corrective action immediately.
Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
Experience in commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects preferred.
Knowledge of MEP systems and installation practices.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents.
Familiarity with: - HVAC systems
- Electrical systems
- Plumbing & drainage systems
- Fire fighting systems
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office preferred.
