MEP Supervisor – Maintenance

We are looking for an experienced and responsible MEP Supervisor with a strong background in maintenance and technical services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily MEP maintenance activities, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC works.

- Manage maintenance technicians and coordinate daily work schedules.

- Handle preventive and corrective maintenance.

- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality and safety standards.

- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and the management team.

- Troubleshoot maintenance issues and ensure timely completion of jobs.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an MEP Supervisor or Maintenance Supervisor.

- Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance.

- Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.

- Good communication, leadership, and team management skills.

- Ability to supervise technicians and manage multiple maintenance jobs.

- Must be currently available in the UAE.
