MEP Supervisor with Electrical or Mechanical Diploma in Engineering

Prepare workforce schedules for day and night shift as per the approved program and deploy teams accordingly
Prepare Training schedules in coordination with Engineer and carryout trainings to workforce
Daily toolbox talks to the workforce on the activities planned for the shift
Daily site works supervision for both PPM's, Attending Callouts and corrective maintenance activities.
Arrange the stacks in order for the RTA materials stored at site and update the stock list.
Prepare and request for consumable materials and spares for routine and emergency requirements.
Prepare and update workforce timesheets
Prepare and maintain the list of tools and equipments deployed at site
Maintain the record for tools issued to workforce.
Daily request for work permits and ensure to close at the end of task.
Monthly Thermography testing for all electrical Distribution boards.
