Summary

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, fittings, and related components in accordance with applicable codes and standards.
Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential issues, leaks, or inefficiencies
Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, such as leaks, clogs, and malfunctioning fixtures, and implement effective repair solutions.
Replace faulty components and parts, ensuring the integrity and functionality of the plumbing systems.
Maintain and repair drainage and sewage systems, including unclogging drains, fixing sewer line issues, and addressing any related problems.
Coordinate with other maintenance teams, engineers, and supervisors to ensure the smooth operation of plumbing systems and their integration with other building systems.
Communicate effectively with team members and management, providing updates on work progress and potential challenges.
Maintain accurate records of all plumbing maintenance activities, repairs, and replacements.
Generate detailed reports on plumbing system status, issues, and recommendations for further action.
