What You'll Do:
- Assist clients in selecting and leasing or purchasing new and pre-owned vehicles
- Present and demonstrate new Mercedes-Benz cars, SUVs, and Sprinter vans
- Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience from initial contact to delivery
- Build and maintain a strong client base through follow-up and referrals
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and current incentives
- Work leads from showroom traffic, phone inquiries, and internet opportunities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and CSI objectives
What We're Looking For:
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred (luxury experience a plus)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work evenings and Saturdays
