Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated colleague to join our Logistics team as Merchandiser.

Essencial Job Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the industry, in roles such as Trader or Merchandiser.
• Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of international trade
• Strong numerical skills
• Understanding of the futures market
• Experience in pricing and contract management
• Proactive mindset
• Decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency
• Advanced English proficiency
• Valid visa
• Outgoing and confident attitude
• Customer service orientation

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in commodity market analysis, trading strategies, and commercial execution for assigned products and customers.
• Maintain strong customer and supplier relationships to ensure service quality, logistical efficiency, and improved business margins.
• Manage and monitor P&L, sales, operations, market risk, and internal reporting.
• Support origination initiatives, trainee programs, new market development, and strategic projects.
• Collaborate across teams to drive business growth and continuous improvement.
