We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to be diligent and accurately follow through on all related activities from the receipt of design concept to style development and bulk tech pack handover whilst building relationships and credibility with all relevant parties in order to ensure a smooth flow of operations and support the account in achieving set objectives

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with the team to meet customer expectations by supporting product development, ensuring smooth commercialization, and managing all key activities within set timelines.
  • Oversee the customer development calendar to meet internal and external deadlines while driving new development projects for business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
  • Manage costing, cost re-engineering, Bill of Materials (BOM), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and Salesforce updates accurately and on time, aligning with business objectives.
  • Ensure the timely procurement of raw materials in the correct quantity, color, and specifications as per the BOM to support production plans.
  • Strengthen the connection between development and bulk production by conducting risk mitigation activities and ensuring product feasibility for a seamless transition to manufacturing.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduates in Marketing, Business Management or any other qualification (CIM/ CIMA) in a relevant field / Professional - Fully Qualified.
  • 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Thorough knowledge in PLM and SAP systems.
  • Ability to work with multiple parties at any given time (MISA/Technical, Textile, sourcing, Bulk and Design)
  • Good communication skills / Excel & Darwin/
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills.
