Merchandiser (Wytheville/Hillsville/Galax Market) 6 AM - Finish

Blue Ridge Beverage Company is hiring a full-time Merchandiser to support its sales and delivery teams at retail stores throughout Central and Southwest Virginia.

The main responsibility of the job is to make sure products are properly stocked, rotated, priced, and displayed in stores. Merchandisers will work closely with sales and delivery teams to keep accounts organized and make sure customers receive quality service.

Main Responsibilities

• Check deliveries at assigned stores and make sure orders are correct.

• Stock coolers and shelves while rotating products by expiration or code dates.

• Build and maintain product displays and promotional setups.

• Make sure prices, signs, and marketing materials are accurate and visible.

• Remove damaged or expired products and return usable products to the shelves when possible.

• Follow assigned routes and store service schedules.

• Communicate with managers and sales/delivery teams about customer needs, problems, and opportunities.

• Maintain company standards for product quality, rotation, and account service.

• Work professionally and respectfully with coworkers, managers, and retail customers.

• Be dependable, organized, flexible, and willing to work early mornings or nights when needed.
