Merchandising Coordinator
- Ensure timely submission of administrative and commercial reports to the Operations Supervisor.
- Timely compliance to company and client directives (principal-initiated projects).
- Promote the clients products or services in a professional but customer-friendly manner
- Train all front-liners in client product knowledge and product promotion skills
- Compliance to agreed client KPIs
- Consolidate and present team performance to company stakeholders, client representatives and to the whole team
- Regularly attends company, client and retail outlet-initiated meetings
- Establish outstanding relationship with the principal and the retail outlets
- Align with the Operations Supervisor in developing the monthly Coverage Plan with respect to the objective of the team and priorities of the client
- Monitor and safeguard all the equipment issued to all company personnel, client representative, and retail outlet
Qualifications:
- At least High School graduate or College lelve
- Has experience being a Coordinator in any of these: Retail/Merchandising/Promotions
- Able to use laptop and MS office for report creation
- Able to use Zoom/GMeet or Teams for virtual meetings
- Has experience working in field
Area Coverage are Makati, Taguig, Pasig, Rizal
