Position Summary: This role is responsible for leading, coordinating, and supporting the team of Merchandisers to ensure consistent, high-quality merchandising execution across assigned accounts. This role oversees daily operations, drives product visibility, and ensures Company standards are met through effective coaching, scheduling, and performance management.

Essential Job Functions
- Oversee all aspects of the Merchandiser team, including hiring, training, ongoing coaching & development, scheduling, performance reviews and terminations
- Maintain ongoing communication with Merchandisers throughout the day to ensure they remain on schedule and provide support as needed
- Audit store accounts to ensure Company standards are met and to identify opportunities to expand distribution of new and existing products
- Regularly visit store accounts to verify product rotation and merchandising execution
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to support retention and long-term loyalty
- Schedule Merchandiser routes and ensure route efficiency within designated territory
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members (e.g., sales teams) to strengthen alignment with customer needs
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver's license
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Skills in critical thinking, problem-solving, judgment and decision-making
- Ability to organize and prioritize work and tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with others
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate objectives clearly to associates
- Reliable transportation to and from assigned accounts
- General knowledge of merchandising practices
- Understanding of customer service principles and processes
- Basic proficiency with computers, tablets and related technology
- Must be flexible and adaptable in supporting the team to achieve Company goals
- Ability to work evening, weekend and holiday hours as required
Working Environment
Work is primarily performed in a store environment. Individuals must be able to operate a tablet or PC, as well as a two-wheel dolly and pallet jack.
