The challenge is to:
- Develop and refresh category Planograms aligned with merchandising principles, commercial objectives, and agreed timelines
- Partner with Commercial team to translate category strategies, assortment decisions, and promotional activities into effective Planograms and store execution plans
- Support category range reviews through analysis of sales performance, space productivity, customer shopping behavior, and assortment effectiveness
- Coordinate product onboarding, exits, and assortment changes, ensuring smooth implementation, inventory transition, and accurate Planogram execution
- Identify space allocation opportunities and support macro space planning for new stores, refits, and special projects, ensuring accurate Planogram-store linkage
- Prepare reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support assortment planning, category management, merchandising initiatives, and business objectives
Do you have experience in Merchandising Planning?
- Diploma or above in Retail Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or related disciplines
- Experienced in merchandising planning, category management, space planning, retail operations, or commercial analysis within FMCG or retail is preferred. Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are also welcome
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Spaceman, AutoCAD, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is an advantage
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and self-motivated
- Communication and stakeholder management skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Good command of English and Chinese
