Merchandising & Sourcing Coordinator

1. Assist in the product development process, including sample tracking, spec confirmation, and sample management
2. Follow up on order progress and communicate with factories on production schedules and delivery timelines.
3. Maintain product databases including style numbers, costs, delivery dates, sizes, and colors.
4. Assist with supplier data management and day-to-day communication.
5. Coordinate with internal teams (design, logistics, finance) on daily merchandising and sourcing matters.
6. Prepare and update procurement reports, purchase order documents, and seasonal product data.
