Merchandising Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Merchandising Supervisor/Executive to join our team. This role will focus on managing product orders, pricing, inventory levels, and creating strategic promotional plans for different sales channels to boost product sales. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role and strong English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement merchandising plans for categories and allocate resources appropriately.
2. Execute product pricing strategies.
3. Monitor and optimize inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
4. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, logistics) to ensure product availability and performance.
5. Conduct regular analysis on product performance and recommend actionable improvements.
6. Stay updated on market trends to support competitive pricing and product strategy decisions.
7. Maintain accurate records of product data, pricing in relevant systems.
8. Develop and execute promotional campaigns tailored for different sales channels to drive revenue growth.
9. Plan and deploy merchandising materials, POSM, in-store merchandising with VM to attract the customers attention.
10. Prepare reports and initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business.
• 3-5 years of experience in product management, inventory control, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to details.
• Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with relevant software management tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Individual contributor, ability to travel.
