Experience: 1 to 2 years Location: India / Remote Company: Revize Industry: Shopify SaaS / E-commerce

About Revize

Revize is a fast-growing Shopify app helping e-commerce brands improve what happens after checkout.

We let customers edit their orders, change addresses, add or replace products, upgrade shipping, cancel orders, manage subscriptions, and much more.

Today, Revize is used by growing e-commerce businesses as well as large Shopify Plus brands across the world.

And we are looking for someone who can become a key part of how those brands experience Revize.

The Role

This is not a conventional customer support position.

You will own relationships from onboarding to ongoing success, help brands get more value from Revize, introduce them to new features and strategies, solve problems, and identify opportunities to grow accounts.

One day you might be onboarding a new store.

The next, you might be discussing an operational workflow with a Shopify Plus brand processing thousands of orders.

And later that week, you might notice that a customer is barely using a feature that could significantly improve their post-purchase experience and proactively help them implement it.

We want someone who enjoys that variety.

What You'll Work On

  1. Onboarding and Customer Success

You'll help new customers successfully launch Revize and make sure they understand how to use it for their business.

That includes understanding their requirements, helping with configuration, testing workflows, and making sure they see value quickly.

  1. Support

You'll be responsible for giving customers a genuinely great support experience.

You'll investigate questions, troubleshoot problems, communicate clearly, and work with our engineering team whenever something needs deeper technical investigation.

We care a lot about ownership.

We don't want someone who simply replies to a ticket and moves on.

We want someone who makes sure the problem actually gets solved.

  1. Growth and Expansion

A big part of your role will be understanding how customers are using Revize and finding ways for them to get more from it.

You'll work on questions like:

  • How do we help Free users see enough value to move to Starter?
  • When does it make sense for a Starter customer to move to Pro?
  • Which new features should we introduce to existing customers?
  • What strategies could help them generate more post-purchase revenue?
  • How can we make sure customers are actually using the features available to them?

This isn't about pushing upgrades for the sake of hitting a sales target.

It's about understanding the business well enough to recommend something genuinely useful.

  1. Documentation and Education

You'll help us continuously improve how people learn and use Revize.

That could include:

  • improving help documentation
  • creating better setup guides
  • identifying gaps in our onboarding
  • turning frequently asked questions into useful resources
  • improving internal support processes

If customers keep asking the same question, we should probably make the product or documentation better.

You'll help us identify those opportunities.

  1. Product Feedback

Because you'll be speaking directly with customers, you'll also have a strong voice internally.

You'll regularly work with the founders, product team, and engineers to share what you're seeing.

What are people struggling with?

What are they asking for?

What could make the product easier to use?

What would make Revize more valuable?

Sometimes a conversation you have with a customer might directly influence what we build next.

The Kind of Person We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with around 1 to 2 years of experience in customer success, SaaS, Shopify, e-commerce, account management, support, or another customer-facing role.

One year of experience is completely fine.

We care much more about your communication skills, ownership, curiosity, and ambition.

You'd probably be a great fit if you:

  • communicate extremely well, both written and verbal
  • are comfortable speaking with international customers
  • enjoy understanding how businesses work
  • can explain things simply and clearly
  • take ownership instead of waiting for instructions
  • are proactive about following up
  • enjoy solving problems
  • learn software products quickly
  • are comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
  • have an entrepreneurial mindset and naturally look for better ways of doing things

You do not need to know everything about Shopify on Day 1.

But you should be excited to learn.

Work With Global Shopify Brands

One of the most interesting parts of this role is the level of businesses you'll be exposed to.

You'll work with e-commerce teams across the US, UK, Europe, Australia, and other markets, including Shopify Plus brands operating at serious scale.

You'll interact with founders, e-commerce managers, operations teams, CX teams, developers, agencies, and senior stakeholders.

That means you'll get exposure to how large online businesses actually operate behind the scenes, from customer experience and logistics to subscriptions, fulfillment, SaaS, and growth.

Your Growth at Revize

We're a small team, and this role works closely with the founders.

That means you won't spend your first few years sitting inside one narrow function.

You'll see how product decisions are made, how customers influence what gets built, how SaaS companies grow, how pricing and retention work, how enterprise conversations happen, and how a product evolves as the company scales.

You'll have room to take ownership well beyond your original job description.

As Revize grows, this role can grow with it into larger responsibilities across customer success, growth, partnerships, operations, or team leadership depending on where you're strongest.

We're looking for someone who wants to learn fast, take on responsibility early, and understand how a company is actually built.

The kind of experience that compounds.

Working Hours

Revize works with customers globally, so this role does require some flexibility.

Depending on onboarding calls, important support conversations, or time zones, there may be days when you need to work later hours or a night shift to overlap with customers in markets such as the US.

We want to be transparent about that from the beginning.

This role will suit someone who enjoys working with international businesses and is comfortable with a startup environment where schedules can occasionally depend on what needs to get done.

Why Revize?

You'll join a small team building a global SaaS product.

You'll work directly with the founders.

You'll speak with some seriously impressive e-commerce businesses.

You'll have a voice in how the product and customer experience evolve.

And you'll be trusted with real responsibility much earlier than you would be in most larger companies.

If you're early in your career, ambitious, great with people, and want a role where you can learn quickly rather than simply follow a process, we'd love to hear from you.
